Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how users can request deletion of data stored by AdwinAI, including Meta connection and advertising automation data.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your AdwinAI data, send an email to support@adwinai.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address used for your AdwinAI account and, if available, the connected Meta ad account ID or business name so we can identify the correct records.
What We Delete
- Stored Meta connection tokens and permission records.
- Connected Meta ad account references selected for AdwinAI use.
- Synced campaign, ad set, ad, and performance data stored by AdwinAI.
- Automation rules, alert settings, and activity logs associated with the account where deletion is requested.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, billing, dispute resolution, security, abuse prevention, or backup integrity purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used for active automation.
Processing Time
We will confirm receipt of a deletion request and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to verify account ownership.
Disconnecting Meta Access
Users can also disconnect Facebook or Meta access inside AdwinAI. Disconnecting stops new syncing and automation actions, but a deletion request is still required if the user wants previously stored data removed from AdwinAI systems.
