AdwinAI is an advertising automation workspace that helps users monitor Meta Ads performance, review ad account data, and apply rules that users configure for their own advertising accounts.

• Account information provided through Meta Login, such as the connected Meta user identifier and permission status.
• Meta advertising account data that the user authorizes, including ad account IDs, campaign, ad set, ad, and performance information needed to run automation rules.
• Automation settings created by the user, including rule conditions, schedules, actions, logs, and notification preferences.
• Technical information required to operate the service, including timestamps, request status, error logs, and connection health.

• To connect authorized Meta advertising accounts to AdwinAI.
• To sync advertising objects and performance data selected by the user.
• To evaluate automation rules and apply actions only when the user has enabled those rules.
• To show dashboards, alerts, logs, and account connection status inside the application.
• To maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and prevent unauthorized access.

AdwinAI uses Meta Platform data only for the features visible in the product and only for ad accounts the user connects and allows. We do not sell Meta Platform data or use it for unrelated advertising, profiling, or data brokerage.

Authorized tokens and application data are stored using server-side systems and are not exposed in the browser. We use reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect user data, including restricted access, encrypted storage where applicable, and server-side processing for sensitive Meta API operations.

We do not sell user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host, store, or operate the service, but only as needed to provide AdwinAI. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

We retain data while an account remains connected and while it is needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve issues, or maintain security logs. Users can disconnect Meta access inside the app and can request deletion through our data deletion page.
